Three things you need to know about Islam
|
| There is no separation between the religious and political in Islam. Rather, Islam and Sharia constitute a TOTALITARIAN means of ordering society at EVERY level, including ritual worship, transactions and contracts, morals and manners, beliefs and punishments. Under Islam, free speech and man-made governments (like a democracy) are abominations and must be eliminated. Educate yourself now before it's too late. Wisconsin and Minnesota are already experiencing CREEPY Sharia... |

Political Correctness: Whose Bright Idea Was That?
by Heidi Swander |
| Geoff Botkin, senior consultant to the Western Conservatory of Arts and Sciences, is a former Marxist who became a Christian in the early '70s and immediately began trying to expose the Marxist agenda for America. In a recent interview on Worldview Matters, Botkin explained that the counter-cultural revolution of the 1960s was the initial execution of a plan by a group known as "The Frankfurt School" to undermine American culture. They wanted to "create so much chaos and confusion and dysfunction -- a ferociously uncivil society -- that the people will beg the state to come in with the answers. 'Once we have achieved that,'" the group aspired, "'we have our Socialist utopia, which is a tyrannical state model that pushes Christianity out completely.'" |

PC Bleach: Burning Holes in the English Tongue. The whole PC thing has gotten completely out of hand
by K-House News |
| Political correctness has wound itself, like a creeping vine, around nearly every aspect of our society in some benign and some not-so-benign ways. "Servers" have moved into our restaurants to replace all the waitresses. "Flight attendants" have booted out the stewards. "Happy Holidays" pervades the Christmas Season and "pro-choice" people encourage women to "terminate their pregnancies" because "killing their babies" just doesn't sound nice. We've gotten used to many of these terms, whether we like them or not. The vines of political correctness, however, haven't stopped growing. They continue to stretch their tendrils into new areas... |

The Silent Scream of the Asparagus. Get ready for 'plant rights.' (5/12/2008)

| At the request of the Swiss government, an ethics panel has weighed in on the "dignity" of plants and opined that the arbitrary killing of flora is morally wrong. This is no hoax. The practice of political correctness may soon be tallying another casualty: the pig (5/2/2008)
by Janet Levy |
| If the momentum to alter America's dining habits and cultural traditions to suit Muslim religious habits continues, American liberty, freedom and culture could actually be threatened. Laughable though it may seem on the surface, Arab petrodollar profits have the heft to use an economic, backdoor approach to implement shariah law in the United States against the will of the public. As Arab Muslims continue to heavily invest in our economy, they will continue to force submission to shariah law and undermine our democracy, individual rights and religious freedom. We must be vigilant and aware of this threat and act against it vigorously and immediately. |

The misnamed Southern "Poverty" Law Center is nothing of the sort. That organization is drowning in money. Their "leadership" doesn't give a ticker's damn about the U.S. Constitution. The Ex-Gay Story in the Pop Music World
by Roberto Marchesini |
| Italy's "Festival di San Remo," the most important musical happening in my country which is seen on T.V. by millions of Italians, became the unlikely platform this year for a powerful ex-gay testimony. The singer, Giuseppe Povia, winner of the festival in 2006, presented a song entitled, "Luca Era Gay" (Luca was once gay) - SEE VIDEO HERE. The title of his song, implying that some gays can change to heterosexuality, was sufficient to destabilize the Italian gay movement. Gay activists threatened to block the festival, and Europarlimentary member Vittorio Agnoletto asked for a European resolution to stop Povia from peforming the song. Povia, himself, received death threats. Finally, on February 17th., Povia sang his song on the first evening of the Festival. "Luca Era Gay" recounts the transformation of a man named Luca from the gay lifestyle. Without the help of psychologists and psychiatrists, he digs deep within himself to understand the sources of his homosexual attractions. An emotionally disconnected, detached father and a smothering mother, he says, created confusion about his sexual identity: "I looked for men who would be my father, I went with men not to betray my mother." The song also alludes to a superficiality in homosexual relationships. He says, "between love and deceit, often we betrayed each other." The song ends with this verse: "This is my story, only my story. No disease. No healing. Dear dad, I forgive you even if you didn't come back. Mum, I often think of you, I love you and sometimes I still bear your reflection, but now I am a father and I am in love with the only woman I have ever loved." The music, a soft rap with dramatic tunes, carries a direct and honest text while never judging homosexually oriented people for their own personal lifestyle choices. |

The Danger of Affirming Homosexuality in the Public Schools
by Brian Thomas, M.S. |
| Modern culture increasingly embraces the notion that homosexuals are born, not made. It is even sometimes presented as fact that a "gay gene" compels some people to seek same-sex partners. In that vein, more and more public school educators are being pressured to present homosexuality as a normal lifestyle that should be affirmed in students who feel they might be gay. The American College of Pediatricians, however, has issued a caution to educators warning of the dangers of these falsehoods... |

Steps for Introducing the Ex-Gay Perspective in Schools
|
| Equal Access laws require that school administration treat requests by after school student clubs to sponsor events and bring ex-gay speakers on campus in the same way it treats requests from other groups. Usually, student governments have the final say in adding new clubs, but they cannot discriminate against any viewpoint. Legally, if a school allows non-curricular after school clubs at all, they must allow ALL perspectives. However, the same rules do not apply to classroom discussions or assemblies. |

SAME-SEX ATTRACTION, CAUSES AND CURES
|
| While a significant number of gays and lesbians truly feel that they were "different" from birth, there is little to prove that same-sex attraction is purely genetic. Homosexuality flies in the face of basic laws of procreation, and cannot therefore be considered "normal", and there is plenty of evidence that the lifestyles of gay men tend to be anything other than harmless. |

| First published in the USA in 1999 this book is now freely downloadable from this site. It is under constant review to keep it up-to-date so readers can be asssured of its on-going relevance. My Genes Made Me Do It is one of the most comprehensive and easily-read books in the popular market today on science and homosexuality. It is an objective review of more than 10,000 scientific research papers and publications from all sides of the debate. In simple and clear terms, by analysis of the science, it shows homosexuality cannot be biologically innate, or fixed - leaving the only other possibility: a complex individual response to familial, peer, social and cultural environments. Chapter 1. Can genes create sexual preferences? Chapter 2. The genetic implications of homosexual occurrence Chapter 3. Are heterosexuals born that way? Chapter 4. How strong are our instincts? Chapter 5. What produces intersexes? Chapter 6. What do different cultures tell us about sexual orientation? Chapter 7. Does pre-natal hormonal exposure make you homosexual? Chapter 8. Are brains gay? Chapter 9. The "discovery" of the gay gene Chapter 10. Twin Studies: The strongest evidence Chapter 11. Path Analysis - where does it lead? Chapter 12. 06/23/09: Analysis of Over 100 Years of Research Shows Treatment for Unwanted Homosexuality Beneficial
|
| NEW YORK, (LifeSiteNews.com) - A new report in the first edition of the peer-reviewed Journal of Human Sexuality has found that sexual orientation is not immutable and that psychological care for individuals with unwanted homosexual attractions is beneficial and poses no significant risk of harm. The study, What Research Shows: NARTH's Response to the American Psychological Associations Claims on Homosexuality, examines over 100 years of professional and scientific literature as well as over 600 reports from clinicians, researchers, and former clients principally published in professional and peer-reviewed journals. This research, assembled over a period of eighteen months by three of the leading academics and therapists in the field and under the direction of the NARTH Scientific Advisory Committee, refutes claims made by some factions of the American Psychological Association and several other professional mental health organizations. Radical elements in the American Psychological Association have posited that: (1) Homosexuality is fixed and unchangeable (2) Attempts to therapeutically assist those with unwanted homosexuality are harmful (3) There are no quality of life differences in those who engage in homosexual and heterosexual behaviors. The study, conducted by the National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality, found that a change in sexual orientation is possible for some individuals and does not cause psychological harm on average. "This research is a significant milestone when it comes to the scientific debate over the issue of homosexuality," said NARTH president Dr. Julie Hamilton. "It also confirms what we have seen evidenced in hundreds of individuals who have benefited from the help of NARTH therapists. "We believe that every person should have the right to independently determine their own course in life and for many that involves seeking counseling options that affirm their personal beliefs." 06/09/10: Children of lesbian couples do well - NOT!
by Bryan Fischer, American Family Association |
| The out-of-the mainstream media is all aflutter over a study reported in the journal Pediatrics that claims that the children of lesbian parents do as well, and in fact better in some ways, than children raised in heterosexual households. What discerning readers should know is that the author of the study is an open lesbian herself, which naturally raises questions about her objectivity... ...the "report is based almost entirely on reports from the mothers themselves." So lesbians are asked whether or not they are good parents and whether or not they have raised well-adjusted kids. And surprise, surprise, the answer is "Yes!" This is what passes for scientific research in the homosexual community these days... |

05/14/09: An American Psychological Association publication admits there's no homosexual "gene"
by Charlie Butts, OneWorldNow |
| For decades, the APA has not considered homosexuality a psychological disorder, while other professionals in the field consider it to be a "gender-identity" problem. But the new statement, which appears in a brochure called "Answers to Your Questions for a Better Understanding of Sexual Orientation & Homosexuality," states the following: "There is no consensus among scientists about the exact reasons that an individual develops a heterosexual, bisexual, gay or lesbian orientation. Although much research has examined the possible genetic, hormonal, developmental, social, and cultural influences on sexual orientation, no findings have emerged that permit scientists to conclude that sexual orientation is determined by any particular factor or factors. Many think that nature and nurture both play complex roles...." Peter LaBarbera, who heads Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, believes the more recent statement is an important admission because it undermines a popular theory. "People need to understand that the 'gay gene' theory has been one of the biggest propaganda boons of the homosexual movement over the last 10 [or] 15 years," he points out. "Studies show that if people think that people are born homosexual they're much less likely to resist the gay agenda." |

02/08/08: Is There a "Gay Gene"?
by Jeffrey Satinover, M.D |
| Many laymen now believe that homosexuality is part of who a person really is from the moment of conception. The "genetic and unchangeable" theory has been actively promoted by gay activists and the popular media. Is homosexuality really an inborn and normal variant of human nature? No. There is no evidence that shows that homosexuality is simply "genetic." And none of the research claims there is. Most of the major science journals reported on the progress in the field of genetics, but also speculated on how the information would now be used. The one piece of information that never materialized from the Human Genome Project was the identification of the so-called "gay gene." What is the truth regarding homosexuality? Too often, speculation, emotions, and politics play a major role in its assessment. The following is a scientific investigation of human homosexuality... |

Not coincidentally, this faulty narrative is being peddled in many of our public schools. Small wonder more and more Americans are falling for it. |

Creeping Sharia. If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.
|
| "Creeping Sharia" is a scourge occurring across the free world. We'll define it as "the slow, deliberate, and methodical advance of Islamic law (sharia) in non-Muslim countries" (literal definitions below). Another frequently used term is 'stealth jihad'. To the general public, justifiably pre-occupied with work, family, pleasure, dreams, hopes, goals, and the stresses of each, "creeping sharia" goes mostly unnoticed. Until, that is, a particular event generates enough concern from those who focus on the "creep" that the general public takes notice. These singular events are sometimes less worrisome, but taken in whole, the uncoordinated yet explicit goal of the ummah and worldwide caliphate become obvious and alarming. |
